Luxury hotel with luxury amenities! The view is spectacular especially at the roof top pool. The staff was very friendly and accommodating! The rooms were amazing! I would recommend doing the all inclusive if you plan on staying at the hotel most of the time. My only complaint would be the price of the hotel shuttle to and from the airport. With the price of the hotel stay i believe it should be free or half the price. Better off taking an Uber.

Beautiful Birthday Trip

Pros: The rooftop infinity pool, personal jacuzzi and hammock located on our balcony.
Cons: Lower down the cost of the all inclusive. We do not drink, nor eat $300 of food per day. Cost is $150 per person.
Location: Beach
The hotel staff had decorated my room with lots of purple, silver and gold balloons for my birthday celebration. The view from our balcony was spectacular, especially the rooftop infinity pool!!! This was just as nice as the rooftop pool in Singapore (MBS). The rooftop infinity pool, personal jacuzzi and hammock on our balcony is the main reason why we decided to book a stay at this hotel. Breakfast was so delicious, it was included when we booked the room. It also came with complimentary mimosas and they are very generous with the portions. We did not opt for the all inclusive plan, as we do not eat nor drink $300 worth of food per pay. The cost is $150 per person, per day. So, in my eyes it wasn't worth the price. My fiance and I only eat 1-2 meals per day. The food and drinks at the hotel was not expensive. It is what I pay here in the states, if not less. I had a margarita for only $5 USD. They offer free non-motorsport activities, which was really nice, but we didn't get to try them, as we just lounged by the pool and their local beach at their sister property, Garza Blanca, instead. All in all, we will definitely return to Hotel Mousai again in the near future, if not sooner!

Nice but pricey

Pros: The gym is great with a wonderful view and he place is well -maintained and super clean.
Cons: The music on the roof pool is too rhythmic and loud - doesn't stop day and night.
Location: It is isolated from everything, no direct access to the beach, although the trolley runs frequently, every 10-15 minutes. The beach itself is tiny.
A noisy hotel, the road downhill - the highway - has traffic day and night. Must sleep with the balcony door closed. The hotel and the restaurant are overpriced and the staff is overly friendly. So friendly, in fact, that they don't leave you alone for 5 minutes during the meal.

Pros: The views from the pool and the room were remarkable.
Cons: Should not need to ask for fresh robes or shampoo and soap. The room was not cleaned very well or the trash emptied on one day.
We could not have picked a lovelier place to stay for a hotel and a location. The staff was always friendly and helpful and it was a great room to come back to everyday.

Most amazing experience!!!

Pros: EVERYTHING!! Amazing rooms amazing staff amazing vibe!
Location: RELAX! Use the rooftop pool as much as possible!
WOW! I had feared booking online due to horror stories that i have heard from friends. This hotel exceeded any expectation I could have ever had. From the moment you drive into the property you feel as though you have entered a world of excellent service and supreme luxury!!!!!
