Our check-in girl was super nice and did inform us after the fact that the elevators were not working. She did go try to find a maintenance man to help carry our luggage up 3 flights of stairs. I’m handicapped & my mother is elderly. I would’ve gladly paid another guest to help us, but no one came around. Same issue when checking out, no one to help. Also no house cleaning the entire weekend, there had been moldy food left in the microwave and just series of unfortunate events. I now know where not to stay next time.

SOMEONE WAS TRYING TO OPEN MY ROOM AT MIDNIGHT
I recently stayed on this hotel. On my last stay someone was trying to open my room several times at midnight (around 1:00). After I screamed then this person ran away. Am I so glad lock the room from the inside? I was wondered how this person has the key. Is the person from the hotel’s staff? I was complained to the hotel in the morning. The staff told me only me & overnight staff has my room key.
The hotel is not safe. I will not recommend to this hotel. If you have to stay overthere … PLEASE LOCK THE ROOM FROM INSIDE AT NIGHT !!!!!!!!

This was not a clean hotel. Would never recommend it to anyone!
Very dirty. Stained, worn out carpets. Stale, musty odor in rooms. Pillows had a bad odor. Glass closet door was cracked. Toilet was dirty.

Ew. Feels like a nursing home.
Cracked ceiling with water stains. Smells like mildew and urine. Refrigerator in pieces. No shampoo/lotion. Dirty towels on the closet floor. Attacked by an old down pillow with feathers sticking out. Aged stove. Dirty walls. 2 dead spiders on the lamps.
Nice staff, but did not fix issues.
Breakfast was ok-no waffle/egg. Bagels, bread, cereal and fruits. No juice.
Great location. Next to Roy's and Saltgrass Steakhouse. Very close to highway. Noise was not a factor.

Not bad for families
We came with a large family group for a week. The price was excellent. My 2nd floor room was better than I'd expected. Plenty of space. My room was very clean. Hotel ran out of liquid dish detergent, and laundry soap dispenser was also out. Odd assortment of dishes in room 4 bowls, 2 plates, 3 cups - ??? Room included DVD player, which was nice with the kids. Pool seemed fine, and mgmt allowed a group to use it after hours provided they kept kids quiet. Pleasant helpful staff all around.
A relative's 4th floor room smelled sour, possibly of urine (hotel takes pets), and appeared older. I was bitten by something, probably a flea, in there, but only once - not exactly an infestation, but still... The entire floor smelled of cigarettes, which may or may not bother you - none of us smokes. If you have no pet, you might request a pet-free room.
