The staff and facilities were excellent, Included hot breakfast was well managedby the staff and very Covid safe. Our room was a suite, very spacious and very reasonable price wise. Parking was safe, free and convenient.

The property was under construction which eliminated some of the amenities. The pull out bed did not have any sheets and when we went down stairs they gave us a couple of blankets instead of sheets and we were told to use the extra pillows on the beds for pillows on the pull out. The door to the room sticks, so we had to jiggle the handle and use a bit of force to open and close the door. The heater was also not working correctly. At breakfast the juice machine was broken or not working.

Better than I thought!

Definitely turned out way better than anticipated after reading some reviews but was pleasantly surprised. We are a family of 6 with kids 5 to 13 and this hotel was perfect, Everything from pool, laundry and exercise room all open 24 hours as well as the pantry. Breakfast was wonderful , staff was beyond awesome. Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay!

Cons: Breakfast they ran out of some breakfast items and still have a little over an hour to go for it to end.
The atmosphere was great and the room was comfortable enjoyed my stay!!!!

Extremely Friendly Staff

Pros: Staff was awesome, morning, middle of the day, and night.
Cons: Check that things work in rooms before booking them, clear out a cigarette smell before new guests are put in, and have correct amount of towels.
Location: We went to an event at the Balloon Fiesta Park, and it's very close and convenient. Food and shopping are also close on Paseo del Norte Ave.
The staff was great. They were friendly and accommodating. Rooms were okay. Our initial room had a stale cigarette smell, despite the fact that it had just been cleaned. The new room was great. The mattress had me rolling toward the center, but my husband slept fine. The towels were better than I expected, not incredibly thin and thread bare like most hotels, but when they cleaned our room, they took our three towels and left only one clean one. That was odd and a bit annoying, since we didn't notice until we were already getting into the shower, but something easily fixed if we weren't so desperately in need of showers and wanted to contact the front desk. The breakfast was tasty enough and offered a good variety. My in'laws room had a broken air conditioner that they didn't inform the front desk about until our last night. By then the didn't want to pack all their stuff up and move rooms, even though one was offered. There isn't an on call mechanic/fix-it man; he went home earlier, so they could have asked earlier that day, but still an inconvenience that should have been checked when the previous guests checked out. Overall, it wasn't a bad experience. The friendly staff pretty much made up for everything in my eyes.

Friendly and helpful staff

Pros: Breakfast and complimentary laundry. Breakfast was hot with unbelievable choices.Also, breakfast staff was very helpful (e.g. To help make waffle)
Cons: An extra chair in room would be helpful (there was only one)
Location: Just off I-25 and five miles from famous Sandia Peak Tram (cable car)--a must see in Albuquerque
Staff were very eager to please and help. Easy to check-in and check-out.Having a pantry to buy basic essentials was a good touch (open 24/7)
