Nice room, clean, comfortable. It’s a little out of the way but it’s quiet. It’s close to Pittsburgh airport. My issue was there was no hot water. I don’t like a cold shower at 3 am before going to the airport. I told the desk person and he said they are aware of it and that was it.

Would have liked a paper receipt. Other than that. It’s ok. Not sure why a corporate card isn’t entitled a paper receipt.

The facility is beginning to show some signs of age, however, it is kept very clean. The price is very affordable.

The light over the sink was burned out. We were led to believe that parking and shuttle service were free when on our trip out of town and there was a $40 charge for that service. Didn’t seem that Travelocity made that clear when we made the reservation.

Thank you for review. We are sorry that you misunderstood about our extended parking. Yes, parking is free when you stay at our hotel. But once you check out and leave your car here while you vacationing, that is extended parking and you have to pay for it. Only hotel can book package deal for PARK, SLEEP & FLY. The room I was in was noisy...it was the fan in the bathroom. There was no way of turning it off. Also, the AC was loud.

The man who checked us in was so "not friendly" that it almost to the point of being rude.... Then when we were trying to check out there wasn't anyone at the desk.(3a.m.) We rsng & rang the bell because we wanted a receipt... but there was no person to be found. We ended up just leaving the key on the desk... we had to go .
