Don’t let the online pictures fool you. We were so excited to stay here. Online check in was easy. But when we got our key we were sent to a detached old hotel. If I would have known that we would not have stayed here. We should have been told. I tried to get moved but they said they were booked. Maybe these pictures should also be included on the website!! We paid $20 for parking and we could have parked on the street for free! That’s where are room was! Wouldn’t recommend or come back!!

I was disappointed with the room given. From the site I understood the room would have ocean view but for over $350 per night, I received the last handicap room with the view of the road.

I checked your reservation and the room you booked was a standard room and not an oceanfront or partial view room which is why you did not have a view of the water. I do apologize for any confusion you had during your booking process but we did put you in the room you had reserved. For future reservations with views, please check the rooms that have Oceanfront or Partial View in their descriptions. We do hope we get another chance to have you as a guest here in the future.
