Winter escape!!!!!

Pros: We like this hotel chair but this one needs attention.
Cons: Clean the place up inside and out.
Location: Close to downtown historic district. Close to lots of shopping.
Room was ok. Facility needs cleaning. Outside not maintained. No one checks the outside areas, dog droppings on walk ways. People throw up on parking areas. Food was not hot.

Great Service Reps.

This was my first time in Charleston and the people at the front desk were so helpful in numerous ways.The complimentary meals were very good.I will stay there again the next time I go..Kudos to the staff.
