The bed was not as firm as I like, & it took awhile to get the room warm enough to feel comfortable. All of the staff was cordial & helpful. Eric in the Gardens Restaurant and Hayden in Legends Pub were terrific. The shuttle drivers (I had 3.) were also very good.
