We have stayed here many times but this was the first time with my elderly mother. Shower grab bars need to be installed INSIDE the shower not just on the outside where only one is currently position . Another one should be installed beside the toilet for assistance in standing and sitting.

Eeeee…. I think it was Lorraine? The lady with the piercing at the front desk (can’t remember where it was I just remember it shining) was so sweet and pleasant. I was having an atrocious evening and just her kind smile and laughing with me cheered me up so much. Thank you for your help this evening getting me checked in :)

The view on the Pikes Peak side of the building was breathtaking. The room was clean just a little outdated. Bed was comfortable and the hotel was quite. There was eating nearby and it was near all the sites!

Property is old. Elevator’s are in good condition in my opinion. Furnish is worn out. Needs renovation. I would not stay here again since they are other hotels available.
