RUN…This property is pretty but I was treated so badly that I would never give them another dollar! I became sick and ask for a delay in our date only 2 weeks because of my upcoming infusion and they wouldn’t budge. We had to go or loose the money even though I offered medical proof for chemo and had booked just that morning. We get there and had to leave the pool for getting so sick. Went to dinner and could not eat but three bites of an $89 steak! Told server it was my birthday and not feeling well he didn’t even say happy birthday! Rushed us to leave since it was almost closing time and the only reason I went so late was I was to sick! Next morning go to pool in hopes of trying to get some enjoyment out of this mess and not one pool chair was available so we tried to go to beach chairs and only free chairs are the ones in the sun with no umbrellas but they run up to you and try to sell you the ones with the umbrella or you can melt in the non covered ones. A complete nickel and dime to get zero help of rescheduling while sick and them pay such a high resort fee and everything there is so costly to not even get a pool seat or a covered beach chair is insane! Spend your money at one of the other pretty nearby resorts way better bang for your buck!
