Due to the inevitable airline operations problems, my flight was changed from 1:10 pm, to 4 pm, to 6:56 pm and now currently at 9:30 pm. By the time I reach Sheraton Phoenix, it will be past 1 am. My seminar starts at 8 am, but registration is before that. I am so tired, no guarantee that flight will not be moved again. Michelle J. was very kind in assisting me to cancel my hotel reservation. Very satisfied
Our stay was very comfortable, customer service was over the top. We had a room that happened to be next door to a room that had a party going on. We could not sleep, the hotel staff were great at responding and making sure we were comfortable. They offered us a different room for the following night to avoid another loud party on our second night.
