Breakfast was awful. There was no hot water in the morning. They said we would be getting some type of refund.

The front desk was exceptionally nice and professional. I picked my complaint as being noisy, because of the freeway. I understand there's nothing you could do about that one. Also the tub could use some bleach? Outside of that, very happy with your facility, especially the staff.

Not good. The place was fairly dirty, and my room had no hot water in the shower. When I brought it to the attention of the front desk, they could not have cared less. No attempt was made to make it right. I won’t be back.
