It would be nice if parking, coffee, and gym could be explained at check-in in detail. Also, when booking a room, I called to determine the room as stated on the website, and the person who took the call in May was nonplussed about why I called. More info on the website would be good. Also Wifi was lousy (but I have a hotspot on my phone.)

Amazing house, full of stained glass and beautiful carved wood. We thought we wouldn't like being in the Anderson House, but the room (2101) was large and very quiet. Staff were terrific and helpful. They recommended the best ever breakfast place - Cafe Mulan! A quibble - no reading light on one side of the bed. Would definitely return. A

Gorgeous building, exceptionally friendly staff. Wifi did not work in rooms on the the third floor but all other conditions were comfortable. Looking forward to staying again.

Exceptionally helpful staff, a warm and charming atmosphere. It was a treat to experience a bit of living in the "Gilded Age".

Good location near universities. A bit of a drive to get back to the freeway. Cold breakfast selection was not good. Mostly donuts. Main building is very nice.
