Great hotel

Location: The location of the hotel was perfect you could walk and there are so many restaurants, bars and nightlife going on around the hotel.
The hotel was a beautiful hotel when you walk into the main lobby. Our check-in process was pretty quick and the staff seemed to be nice. The room was clean, it did take a while for the hot water to run in the shower but that was just minor in our eyes. The room was definitely spacious and there was even a little coffee table and couch in the room which was really nice to have because some hotels you seem to struggle to find a place to sit to eat your food and this was far from it. The hotel was walking distance from many of Philly's known attractions. My boyfriend and I went to the Magic Gardens the One Liberty Observatory deck, the Rocky Steps and in between we were able to stop into a cute beer garden. All of this we did just walking. So the location of the hotel is great. One complaint that I do have is that the pricing to park your car. It was quite expensive and it took us by surprise because there was no type of discount either or deal with the hotel and parking lot. I feel if you are doing business with a parking lot you should have a setup in place for hotel guests especially if they are staying several nights. It was not very comforting knowing your car was in a public parking lot at all. I feel like the hotel should work on some type of setup with the parking lot or get a private space because it was disappointing. Thank you, Amelia

excellent location in the heart of Philadelphia

Pros: location, rooms, beds
Cons: lift capacity and noisy plumbing; the aircon fan in my room was rather noisy as well, but that didn't bother me
Location: near Rittenhouse Square walkign distance to many and diverse restaurants and bars and great shops
Good clean hotel with large comfortable bedrooms. On the slightly negative side, the plumbing seems to be noisy (you can hear the neighbour flushing or showering and the three lifts cause relatively long waiting time during peak times

Great location!

Cons: The carpets could be cleaner and the plumbing noises.
The room i got was next to an ice machine, bathroom made HUGE SOUNDS when flushed upstairs and the shades were never opened as the view was an ugly brick facade in the alley. Thank goodness I was out and about all day and night! I do have to say the LOCATION WAS PERFECT for this particular trip. I had dinner at Prime Rib (attached to the hotel) and it was okay, Lawry's Prime Rib is better in my opinion. Next day I walked to the Art Museum but wouldn't recommend it as the museum itself was a lot to cover and it was 100° degrees that day, I ubered back to the hotel. Had dinner at the Parc around the corner and the French Onion soup was delicious!! The hosts gave me a little history about Rittenhouse Square and the managers were so nice too! Next day I walked to the Reading Terminal for breakfast, ubered back and then walked to the Mutter Museum. I had a great time in Philadelphia and love the history! I did ask uber to stop the infamous Geno's philly steak place (cash only) and ordered it to go and yes it was GOOD WITH LOTS OF CHEESE. They are opening one at the food court at the Philadelphia airport for the American Airline gate B terminal!! I should have bought Pat's philly steak as well that was across the street to compare, next time!

Checked in around 11pm and room was dirty, moved into another room that had a toilet that flooded out the room when you flushed it, was moved into a nice room for the craziness and next day I'm locked out of the room because they didn't have my credit info on that room, I explained the situation and told the room was a comped upgrade cause of what happened night before, and I'm told I cannot retrieve my belongings in the room, I ask for manager and told none around, had to call the police to come and help me get my stuff, then miraculously there's a hotel manager that's apologetic after its too late. And the hotels under construction. That wasn't mentioned when it was booked.

Pros: Nothing
Cons: Everything
Location: Nice location, the reason I booked this hotel.
I purchased a package a flight and hotel for my boyfriend, it was a gift for him. I loves football games so I got him a ticket to see his team Temple playing in Philadelphia. I booked everything through Travelocity and I decided to book this hotel based on good reviews. I purchased two nights. My boyfriend checked out from the hotel after first night. The room smelted, the shower was dirty. He complained and requested a different room. He was told that all rooms are taken and there is no way he can be moved to a different room. He checked out. At the moment he did that the receptionist offered him a new room. He left. His trip got complicated,he had to look for a new hotel and luckily he did find it. He told me he will never ever go back to Radisson Blu Warwick even he goes to Philadelphia quite often. We both do not understand good reviews posted about this hotel. Dirty, unpleasant stuff to deal with, very disappointing.

Great Philly location

Pros: Just about everything.
Cons: Valet parking took awhile but that may be a fact of life of urban parking situations.
Location: Heart of Philly, right near Rittenhouse Square and lots of upscale shopping, dining, not far from anything in town really.
Great location near Rittenhouse Square and Center City, lovely old Philadelphia hotel which has had a very spiffy modern makeover by Radisson Blu. Great staff, very friendly and welcoming, helpful -- gave us great tips on local eating (and didn't just steer us to their own very good restaurants). Left a shirt and pair of pants in the closet -- which they retrieved and sent back to me! Recommended.

Fabulous hotel in the heart of Rittenhouse

Pros: Room size was great, mattress extremely comfy, great linens, free WiFi, large screen TV.
We were dazzled upon arrival with the marvelous lobby/cocktail lounge. The staff were helpful and on the mark with suggestions for dining in the area in all price ranges. The location was convenient to tons of great eateries and around the corner from Rittenhouse Square. Love, love, loved it!!!

Trendy hotel with a touch of class.

Pros: The service, decorations, and the pictures on the walls in your room.
Cons: Could have used a lighter blanket in the room, but the linens and bedding felt like Egyptian cotton, and the carpet was beautiful.
Location: Within 1 block of Rittenhouse Square, Philadelphia a beautiful park, where all the Great restaurants and shops are. Central to public transportation.
I was apprehensive about booking a hotel at a Bargain rate without knowing the name of the hotel first. I had been disappointed on another website once before. But, Travelocity said they were all 4 star hotels and gave some examples of the names. They were in the Rittenhouse square "area" also which could be a very big "area". I figured I would give Travelocity a chance. Couldn't have been a better decision. Got a great price, at a great hotel, and I was only 1 block from the square.
