Great hotel

Staff is outstanding. Only negative for me was that the walls are paper thin. Could hear people in other rooms on phone calls. Good location and great stay.

Beautiful rooms - great amenities

Due to travel delays, we arrived at the hotel at midnight only to find out they had overbooked and given our room away for our first night. I was handed cash for a cab and sent back to the airport 20 mins away to another hotel. Not a great experience. However hotel is beautiful, once I got to check in the next evening, staff was great and room amenities above expectations. I will stay there again but will call to check in if I'm running late.

Great Hotel

I love everything about the hotel from the location to the comfortable sheets. The only negative thing I can say is the DirectTv service sucks and continues to freeze. Besides that A+

Pros: The room was clean and comfortable that we started to stay another night. The staff was so friendly and helpful.
Cons: They only need to improve in making sure that all the fridges in the room are working properly.
Location: The movies and grocery store are walking distance and good sight seeing.
We enjoyed our visit and will go back again. The staff was nice and friendly. My only problem was when I had to call from someone to come and check the fridge because it was no getting cold. There was no one available and nobody show up. There was no answer at the front desk My food that was in the fridge had spoiled. I had contacted someone in the morning then call again to speak to a Manager after I left. She was very polite and helpful.

Nice hotel in good location. Staff was very nice and the parking attendants worked with us to keep our car available when we needed it. Parking in that area of town is not easy.

Staff could have been a bit nicer. Had to wait for my bag while they were talking. No coffee in the roomandnot complimentary water.

Beautiful!

Location: We walked from the local train station and later to the Amtrak station from there.
The décor in the lobby area and the room was great! Stately, historic, and well-maintained downstairs; fresh, modern, and attractive upstairs. There was an ipad in the room for getting hotel info, ordering room service, controlling the tv, etc. The only snafu is that our shower had no hot water in the evening or the morning. The sink did, but not the shower. They offered us the choice of an engineer coming up, changing rooms, or using another room to shower. Since we discovered this at midnight and just wanted to get to bed, we chose to shower in another room.
