Key fobs not working room. Mattress on the Fire escape right outside our window. Confused front desk opened our room door and we found another person's luggage on the bed. Straight pin screw and nickel on the floor for our babies to swallow. Half bottle of booze left by prior customer left in the fridge. Hotelbworker and other guests entered our room at nine thirty when we were all laying in bed. Bathroom faucet was not properly working. No extra sheets or pillows in the closet. Toilet paper just left on the toilet nope toilet paper roll Hanger. Add second room to the seventh floor but the elevator only goes to the sixth floor. Could not bring our stroller upstairs as it would not fit in the elevator. Afraid to break out the black light. Toilet clogged up and won't go down?. .

Perfect location.

Within minutes of so many great places and restaurants. Perfect for a one night stay. Friendly staff, clean efficient rooms. I will certainly return here for any future Philadelphia trips.

Historical building but updated

Small hotel, great location and updated bathrooms & room decor. Refrigerator, microwave, free waters (2), & Keurig. Close to theater & lots of great restaurants. Staff was very friendly & helpful.
