Did not like anything about this Hilton hotel, let me start off with check in, we when got to the front desk and nobody was there that night it was around. I waited in line with two small children’s then I asked the security if can call someone as we waited for 25 min already he replied and said sorry I can’t I am just a security. There wasn’t any staff around until this rude manager showed up instead of apologizing he said front seat guy had to go somewhere. I was like but we waited for 25 to 30 minutes now he just left like nothing happened. I only stayed one night but the hotel was paid for two nights and I didn’t get any refunds

Was wrongly charged over $100- parking situation was not described clearly and rude front desk when try to ask questions. Our room was located right off the elevator and had to deal with young kids hanging out, screaming, swearing, running, swearing until 1 am. Front desk said they would take care of it- kids left and then came back. Did not feel safe confronting myself as our room was right there.

Cleanliness standards are VERY low. The elevator from the parking garage had a horrible smell and there was a suspicious puddle in the corner.

Enjoyed the river and the walkway with food karts. Regarding my room; Didnt like the furniture (needs repairing), bathroom tissue holder was broken and the mold around the base boards.
