Bad choice

Pros: The 2 full baths
Cons: A lot!
Location: Location was fine, close to restaurants, gas stations.
Nice hotel but was very dirty and out dated. Very roomy, loved that it had 2 full baths. I usually cook when we are on vacation but I was not comfortable cooking in the kitchen. There was a mouse trap in the cabinet above the fridge. We just stayed out all day til it was just time to shower and straight to bed. Was not comfortable walking on the carpet without shoes. Outside the room, there were spiders and webs everywhere. Breakfast was terrible, bacon was burnt both times it was served, fruit looked old, muffins were hard. The only good thing I would say was the cranberry juice and a cup of tea. Out of all the complementary breakfast we have had on vacations, this was the worst. Above all this, a month later they are still taking money out of our account. My son told me I dropped the ball on this booking.

Poor Repair

Pros: Lots of space, quiet, comfortable, good location
Cons: Hotel properties don't stay in good repair without periodic attention. Housekeeping should be give a checklist to alert management of needs.
Location: Close to airport, but not noisy
Great room with good amenities, although breakfast was kind of goofy and understaffed. We loved having lots of space and free, prompt airport shuttle. This location was perfect for visiting Philadelphia, allowing use of mass transit. Once we arrived, our car never moved until the day of departure. All the staff was friendly, helpful, and polite. HOWEVER, room needed a repair visit: shower curtain rod hanging down because of weakened wall attachment (front desk advised on our arrival but no repair was done), faucet screws loose & sink faucet did not shut off, suspected A/C about to fail because fan would run constantly except for 10 second off time between cycles. Bring your own hand soap. Housekeeping doesn't leave you any.

If you like your money, do not stay here

Pros: The breakfast was decent
Cons: The hotel staff was friendly while we were there, but definitely did not care to resolve the extra charge they put on my card. Update the rooms.
I booked this hotel through Travelocity and was charged by Travelocity. When I arrived at the hotel they asked to see the card that I used to book the hotel. I later learned that they charged my credit card for my stay even though I had already paid through my online booking. I called 4 separate times to try to resolve the issue. The first time I called they said someone would call me back, which they did not. The second time I called the person acknowledged their mistake and said that I would receive credit in a few days. After more than a few days and still no credit back to my card I called back a third time. The person I spoke with said that the manager was not there but they were able to see in the system that no one processed a refund. She said she would talk to the manager and then personally email me the next day, she took my personal email address for this purpose. I did not receive an email so I called again. This time the man who answered the phone clearly did not care. More than a month later they made no effort to correct their error, to which they admitted they made. The room itself was not dirty but definitely was run down. The toilet in our room did not flush. The only way to flush the toilet was to reach your hand into the toilet tank to manually flush it. I reported this to the staff.

Filthy bath!

Pros: Only the kitchen size and appliances met my expectations.
Cons: So dirty, dated and generally unpleasant.
I was really disappointed with my stay. Yes, the room is spacious, but the kitchen is sparsely equipped, for example, only 2 forks, knives, etc. While I didn't need a fireplace it was useless as it burns wood, not gas. It looks like there were drapes at one point since the hardware was still there but my unit only had blinds that didn't provide complete privacy on my ground floor unit. There were flying insects, not a lot, but more than I would expect in my room. the decor was very basic and not a single picture adorned the walls. But the absolute worst thing was my tub shower. It looks like a gardening bucket had been emptied in the tub. I tried to rinse it out but didn't have any cleaning supplies. Needless to say, I didn't use the shower. Unfortunately I checked in very late at night and was exhausted. Not wanting to deal with attempting to change rooms I just slept and left early the next day. The picture is the tub AFTER I attempted to rinse it out.

Absolutely Terrible

Pros: Nothing.
The hotel canceled my confirmed reservation and did not notify Travelocity or me. Arrived at the hotel at 10 pm on a Saturday night and had no hotel room.

Next to airport

Pros: Big rooms lots of space to spread out
Cons: Could be a nice looking building but the grounds are unkept makes it look undesirable.
Location: Close to the airport but close enough to the tourist sites without actually being in all the congestion.
This hotel worked out well for us because not only was it next to the airport it was about 20 minutes away from all the tourist stuff downtown.
