There was construction going on, water issues. We didn’t stay. You get with the hotel and get my money refunded.

The property was fine. We had a long drive and I asked the front desk the night we arrived if we could have a late checkout. He said he would have to see because they were busy and that was just for “VIP members” I was frustrated by this. I’m a Hilton’s rewards member. We will stay in a Hilton next time. That morning I called and talked to a lady about a late check out and she was kind and said not a problem. I think the gentleman could had handled the situation differently. He just didn’t seem concerned about us as guests because we weren’t VIP. I also was suppose to have a 2 queen room and we got a king and pull out. My daughters had to sleep on the pull out. Which is fine but that wasn’t at all comfortable to them. I work in customer service and its HUGE to me. Everything else was fine for the time we were there.

Hotel staff was very friendly an accommodating. We were disappointed that there was no decent place to eat in the area. Couldn’t believe all the dead crickets around outside the hotel. Apparently this is normal for the area. Would not recommend the area.
