Our check in was excellent. We were treated so nicely. The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom was clean and well stocked. Only complaint were some of the guests near our room got pretty loud through the night but that isn’t the property’s fault. The breakfast had an incredible selection of fruit. Bring celiac I wish there were some options for us gluten free folk but what I ate for breakfast was great.

Room looked like it had been heavily partied in. Holes in lampshades. Throw up stains all over carpet. Weird sticky substances on walls. I had to go buy 409 and disinfect the surfaces. There was hair everywhere.

I like the hotel was quiet and clean. I did not like that my online reservations for the room booked was not available when we got there. The only room available was a handicap accessible room. The receptionist apologized and stated the room booked was no longer available. Very disappointed.
