The toilet in my room was stopped up. I called the concierge and they said they would take care of it. No one came until this morning when I was going to get a shower, so I didn't have time to shower before my appointment this morning. The refrigerator was warm, so I was unable to use it.

It was a great option from us close to Atlanta downtown. The area next to the hotel has plenty of options for shopping and dining and we were able to get to the express way in less than 2 mins.
