The staff was IMPECCABLE.

Pros: The level of customer service provided
Cons: Sound proof the ceiling in the front bar area. Make sure ALL late night guests & customers leaving do so quietly & not loiter in front of the hotel
Location: It's literally steps from Oxford High Street. Incredibly convenient for shopping.
Every member of the staff I interacted with was beyond reproach. They went above and beyond. This is a rare customer service find. I can not stress enough how wonderful everyone was. My only negative - my room was on the first floor, in the front of the hotel. Directly about the main bar & dining area, as well as the main entrance. Wednesday night was fine. However, Thursday night, the DJ kept the club music going until about 1AM and I could hear every beat, and most of the voices traveled up to my room, making sleep a bit more difficult.
