Overall ok . Non smoking rooms seem to be only if you don’t smoke while staying. Bath tub was in need of replacement. Noisey neighbors and some staff. I would not stay again unless everything else is full.

Horrible

The room was dirty a non-smoking room was actually a nasty smoking room the smell of cigarettes and pot. It was a horrible experience! DO NOT BOOK. When I asked to move they had no rooms when asked for an adjustment on my rate, was told that I went through the internet and they could not give me an adjustment on rate. I had to wash everything I had in my suitcase because it smelled. Allergies were really bad and I didn't feel clean in the room.

Run down old hotel.

Pros: location next to navy base we were visiting
Cons: everything
Location: Next to Corry Navy training base
This is the worst chain hotel I have ever stayed in. Very old decor, morn out furniture, poor tv reception, very dissapointing breakfast ( only had toast, stale cereal, do it your self waffles, or instant oatmeal)

Not a good experience

Pros: Free breakfast, Free Internet
Cons: poor service
We came into Pensacola for the airshow and arrived at 1:30 a.m. The staff at checkin was friendly and speedy. Room was ok. When we woke up, I discovered no blowdryer in the bathroom (it had been obviously removed from the wall) and called the front desk. They couldnt find one. Offered for me to go next door since those people were checking out. I ended up just putting my hair up and leaving. When we returned, nothing was done in the room except the blowdryer left on the sink. I had to go ask for towels at which point the front desk employee just pulled them out of the dryer and handed a pile of towels to me, unfolded. Breakfast consisted of two kinds of cereal and waffles. Pathetic.

Hotel was great for the price.

Pros: Free breakfast, Close restaurants
Cons: Noisy
Our room was nice, staff was very friendly, and continental breakfast was good. The only complaint I have was that there were other guests right above us that were very loud, rude, and fighting/screaming obsenities at 1:30 am. I called the front office to report the problem, but it didn't seem to make a difference because the next night they did the same thing. But overall the hotel was a great bargain.

This hotel was very comfortable

Pros: Free breakfast, Close restaurants, Free Internet, Quiet
The people at the front desk were very nice and the room was comfortable. I would definitely go again, very affordable.
