Not at all like the picture advertising it. I knew we were in trouble when the lobby door was locked at 6 and a tenant (currently a homeless woman) said the laundry facilities did not work and warned me to keep the car and room locked. They booked us into a suite without two beds. I reserved double beds. The attendant argued and was not going to fix this error. He did after I showed him the reservation. There were holes in the walls. I checked for bed bugs and found the mattress was filthy. There was mold in the bathroom. HORRID!!! I want my money back.

The hotel was very quiet, felt safe, but cement entry outside floors were so damaged, they appeared possibly structurally unsafe? Molding damage inside room, things like metal toilet paper surround wasn't attached to wall)falling out, TV vol was disturbingly broken, was on max immediately upon turning it on, repeatedly issue no matter how many times it was turned off then back on. *The closed desk at 6 pm, as well as other convenient stores closed overnight showed the seriously dangerous area this hotel is in.

Oyo. OH Hell No. very dirty, nasty towels, floor sticky. No water one morning. Wouldn’t never stay again!

Sink falling apart Ceiling coming down Room smells Microwave doesn't work properly Used soap in soap dish I can see outside through side of door and couldn't sleep thinking someone would come in When you seat on to let toilet comes up when you get up Pillow case and towels were dirty

Tv didn’t work it was late and I needed a place to sleep or I wouldn’t have stayed here The hurricane had all the rooms in town booked so I was desperate

This was the worst hotel experience i have EVER had; and im underselling.... The toilet was clogged from previous occupant, pubic hairs all over the bathroom floor, and a moldy stinch that i can still smell!! I checked in and didnt inspect the room because we wanted to get to the beach quick. Upon going in the room a few hours later, i discovered this atrocity. The desk clerk basically told me to go pound sand; nothing they WOULD do. No offer of a different room or any help at all. It was Sooooo easy to swallow this room charge and just leave because of the filthiness of the room. Everyone involved from travelocity to the hired help should be embarrased for being involved in this tragedy!!!

Needs a make over

The one staff member encountered was friendly. However, the hotel is very old and outdated. Toilet was not secure, the bathtub only worked with a wash cloth in the hole. Plus it had hair in the tub. Carpet was tore and a nail poking up. Website I seen showed a pool. Not true. Price was to high for conditions of the room. Only positive it was convenient to what I needed.
