As advertised
Very clean: small, but neat vintage; felt safe. Everything you need provided: fresh linens, lots of towels,good shower pressure, plenty hot water,equipped kitchen w/big refrig, quiet. Ice cold A/C and streaming in every room. A central location, off street parking; little porch, shady yard, BBQ and outside furniture. Responsive hosts. We would stay again.

Not a great experience
The dishes were not cleaned. There was weed on the plates an pots/pans. We found roaches, mouse droppings behind furniture. The yard wasn’t mowed, it was over ankle high. The neighborhood, I didn’t not feel safe. There was a lot of homeless people around. The property manager did leave clear instructions how to check in and did try to resolve the cleaning situation but only gave us a $50 refund for inconvenience. We had no choice but to stay an clean the house ourself. There was no available hotels/housing around.

Was a great location. It worked for exactly what I needed. Host did an amazing job with communicating. Would have liked a few more towels but we made do with what we had. I'm sure the host would have brought more had I asked. The shower/tub needs some TLC. It was a great experience overall. Very great host! I highly recommend and most definitely would stay again!
