Loved the location and the nicety of moving around the town. Was disappointed that there was no house keeping and you had to call and wait for toilet paper or to get towels and had to request that the trash was emptied.

Need to work on customer service with Travelocity customers. Cancelled my reservation outright when I enquirer if we could move our stay. Ack one day

Very convenient right on the harbor with so many shops around. Room seemed a bit dated, but clean and very big with 2 queens. Great place to stay. Food prices on the high side with typical meals in the 25 to 30 dollar range.

Location is excellent. Right in the middle of everything. View is nice. Staff is friendly. Bathroom has good water pressure but no room for toiletries. Bed is not comfortable, too hard. No breakfast in room although it was advertised. Gym facilities are lacking. Machines are old and need work. They are building adjacent so the wifi is almost unusable meaning if you like music or using your tablet it is hit or miss. The TV attached to the equipment only has a few channels and the seat on the bike does not adjust.

All OK. COVID TIMES HAVE BEEN HARD ON KEEPING STAFF AND FOOD SERVICES RUNNING. HOPEFULLY YOU WILL RETURN TO FULL STAFF SOON. THANKS
