We arrived to loud music and the smell of marijuana in the lobby. We checked in and walked to our room to find the room not cleaned and two cleaning carts still in our room. Ended up having to switch rooms and wait almost an hour for the front desk staff to go and clean a room them selves. We finally got checked in around 1200 midnight. Overall the room was clean but due to rushing the soap dispensers were not refilled in the shower and everything just felt rushed.

I love the easy beach access and the wonderful staff. You feel very safe in the area. There were issues in our room. The outlets wouldn't steadily charge our devices, the water took over 10 minutes to warm up, there isn't housekeeping daily, and the trash at the breakfast was overflowing. Add to that our a/c unit didn't keep it our room cool. I didn't sleep my entire stay because of the heat and needed extra showers because I felt gross.
