Nice property, convenient to down town and restaurants. Room is comfortable. Disappointed by the young lady at the front desk that wouldn’t even acknowledge that I was standing there wanting to check in. I had to wait for a young man to come from the back to help me.I understand that she may have been busy, but at least look up and acknowledge a person’s presence.

If the WiFi had been working, I would rate the hotel higher. Nice location, room was fine with a fireplace and spa tub, pleasant grounds. The coffee shop was closed. Parking was fine.

There was no internet service in our room. If we had known this ahead of time we would have stayed elsewhere. A young staff person informed me it was a free service and implied I had nothing to complain about. If this place wants to appeal to professionals who actually need to work when they travel, perhaps a change of attitude would be helpful.
