Overall I liked my room but I thought the staff was terrible. They didn’t seem very pleasing and the bar tender was TERRIBLE!!! Very bad attitude. I had initially asked the front desk to eat on the top floor but he said it was closed but I could bring food up there to eat. I went next door to order the food and when I got back there was someone different at the desk and they said that I couldn’t go to the top floor. I explained to him that I was told that I could go on the top floor to eat. That was so disappointing!!!

I took two of my grandchildren to Paris for their 16th birthdays! Our stay at the Mercure Aparthotel was fantastic! The hotel staff was very helpful and went over and above to help us. We’d definitely stay with them again!

Loved This Hotel and Locality

Pros: Cleanliness, Friendliness of the staff, Locality, Convenience
Cons: Could have been a little kettle in the kitchenette
Location: Excelent location without all the hassel and buzzle! Less than a half and hour bus ride to Eiffel tower and around 15 minutes by metro.
It was our second visit to Paris and was the best stay!!Me, my husband and my 5 year old daughter loved the hotel,staff, locality and the service of our hotel apartment (No:765). The small kitchenette had all the essentials that you needed for basic cooking. Rooms were serviced daily and towels were changed daily. Staff were extremely helpfull, friendly and very professional. Lovely residential area and just about a 5 minutes walk to the metro/bus stand. Nearby Carrefour market ( just round the corner) was an added bonus. Lovely neighbourhood with lot of greenery and parks and you can find lots of cafes and restaurents nearby. We have already decided that next time when we go to Paris we will definetely stay at Residence Mercure Le Scenario -Boulougne, Billancourt and would recommend this hotel/residence to all our friends. Thank you Travelocity for the best prices offered too!!
