The property was clean and had Sanitizer for use at entrances if needed. Rooms were cleaned daily unless you put do not disturb on door, had to learn that one😂. Staff knew English, creole and France so I was able to communicate in either language. I felt the dinner menu could have been better nightly but I guess with COVID it’s a little difficult. Breakfast menu was great and have to make sure included with hotel stay. Bar menu is is, overall the hotel was amazing to me.

room and fitness ceter were fiine. dinner was a step above fast food. breakfast worth nowhere near 20 euros. and the service at both meals was chaotic. not up to novotel stanards

Great overnight stay on way back home. Family love it. Close to (CDG) airport, and a short walk to Roissy-en-France for lunch,and dinner.

Transport CDG to Novotel

We arrived at CDG expecting to tell a taxi driver, as we have on other trips, "Novotel at CDG." The taxi disperser insisted we have a "street address" in order to obtain a taxi. As a last resort we paid a "maverick" driver E40 to take us there. Can this hotel provided a "street address?" If not we simply can't stay there next time. I would recommend to a friend only if this situation is resolved and we are notified.
