Beautiful place to stay!

Pros: Charming old Paris
Cons: A little noisy - you can hear everything your neighbor is doing.

Great location

Pros: Quiet
Great location. We really needed a hotel that had good AC on this trip and were not disappointed. Room was VERY quiet. We'll use them again on our next trip to Paris.

Great location, very clean, small rooms

Pros: Close restaurants, location, free gym
Cons: No free Internet
Overall I am very happy with this hotel and would recommend it. It's located in a fantastic location in Paris, right next to the Opera House and a short walk from the Louvre. It's very clean and well maintained. The room was a little small, but overall we were very happy, especially given that Paris has a reputation for poor quality of hotels. We even had a nice little balcony overlooking a side street. There is a free gym. Internet and a "business center" are available, but not free.

Fabulous Location!! Great Service!!!

Pros: Close restaurants, Quiet, location location location.
Cons: none
We wanted to stay in the heart of Paris for our 20th Anniversary and this was the PERFECT loaction. In fact, everything was perfect. Location was superb and close to great shopping, restaurants and major attractions. 150 yards from Le Metro and access to all of Paris. Hotel service was spot on. Our room was clean and had all creature comforts. Would definitely stay here again.

Outstanding

The hotel was ideally situated for ALL shopping, sightseeing, 2 minutes from the Metro, and in the heart of Paris. Could not have picked a better location. The staff were courteous. Room was clean and service was timely. Made our anniversary experience brilliant!! Will definitely stay here again.

A Week in Paris

The hotel is located in a very upscale part of Paris. If you want to see the "tourist" part of the city, then you must travel to different areas. Of course, there is a Metro located nearby in the Opera, but I elected to travel top-side, in order to see the little things that most tourists miss. The room was small, but quaint. The housekeeping service took good care of me and my needs. One complaint I have is the noise level. At night, anyone in the hallway could be heard clearly, especially conversations and slamming doors. I habitually heard the squeaking wheel of the room service cart as it went up and down the hallway. The hotel should look into sound proofing guests' rooms. Also, the air conditioning vent was positioned on the wall as to blow directly into your face as you slept, which was quite bothersome. Considering Paris, I would probably stay at this hotel again.

happy in Paris

We loved the HOTEL WESTMINSTER--the superior room featured flat screen tv, spacious bath--only drawback not sure if it should have included at least a queen size bed, we got a full size.

Paris was Great!

Hotel was the perfect location for our 30th Anniversary celebration. Metro is ~ 50 yds away and the area around the hotel has lots of sights, cafes and shopping. Service at hotel was excellent.
