Perfect location! We were able to get out and walk the city from this location and see many NYC attractions by foot! This hotel staff was very accommodating and courteous. The comfort level was 10 stars! For morning coffee and pastries to afternoon sandwiches or salads, the around-the -corner pastry shop was fabulous and SO convenient! I loved the Bar Room just 2 blocks away, for evening drinks or dining.. I highly recommend this hotel for first time travelers to NYC and would def stay here again! Thank you Loews Regency for a most memorable trip!!!!

Overall the property was nice and the rooms were sufficient. However, I had NO hot water and was not able to shower properly while there. I was in town for a 70th birthday party and felt gross attending. Nicoe

Everything was excellent from the moment I walked into the hotel. Excellent service! Wonderful room - quiet, comfortable, clean, great shampoo, etc. It was a delight staying here!
