Everything was excellent. The hot tub was out of service - they are doing there best to fix it. So we can't complain. Things happen.

I'll start with check in: We arrived before check in (which is at 4 pm), (we were 6 hours early) we were told our room wasn't ready and that they would call when our room was ready, no problem after all we are early, they held our bags, and we went about our day We came back at 3 pm and our room still wasn't ready???? What??? so we sat in the lobby watching others check in early! still waiting for our "call"! Another hour goes by, still we sit right in front of the desk, people checking in, being ignored! It's after 4 now and I have to get up and ask again if my room is ready!!!? Apparently we must have had a special room just for us and they waited to clean it last even knowing we were there 6 hours early, Wouldn't you do what you could to prioritize this "room" so that you could get this guest in as soon as possible? knowing we were waiting? This is just plain poor customer service! Way to start out my first trip to Vegas! The room was okay, with a constant circulating air system that never shuts off, (noisy). On a good note the included breakfast was good with plenty of options, the staff did a great job keeping the food filled and hot while also keeping tables cleaned and trash emptied, (I give them a 10) The room cleaning staff did an excellent job as well!

We were looking for a two bedroom suite for the Vegas trip and the Residence Inn had just what we needed. Separate bathrooms were critical as my daughter has a young child in tow. The room was perfect for our needs and reasonable. Breakfast in the morning was helpfull and included in the price. Staff was very friendly.

Walkable to ballys and Flamingo.

Pros: Everything. Nothingto complain about.
Cons: Perhaps a music in the lounge area to keep you entertained.
Location: Location,walkable to Ballys and Flamingo.There are some small restaurants surrounding the area,
Not a very fancy hotel,as compared to the gaming casino hotel in the center strip.However,with the daily breakfast,free wifi and no resort fees,nothing can beat this hotel. Just be prepared to walk for 20 minutes to get you to ballys. Overall, would highly recommend this hotel to anybody who loves to start their day with a full breakfast. To the msnagement of this hotel,keep it up and certainly,costumers would keep on coming back.

Relax hotel not far from strip

I love that we can check in late. Customer service was great and the free breakfast was better.

Very nice hotel off the strip.

Pros: Everything - room size, mattress, pool/hot tub, breakfast, parking.
Cons: Slightly awkward moment when the maid tried to come in to clean with only a timid knock. Don't clean until you know I'm checked out, please.
Location: Safe area. You could walk to the strip in a few minutes. Several restaurants nearby.
We were very pleased. Our room was larger than expected. Probably the most comfortable mattress I've ever slept on in a hotel/motel. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub; both were nice and clean, as was the whole courtyard area. As complimentary breakfasts go, this one ranks near the top. Loved the fact that we were just a couple minutes from the strip (could easily walk there if you want) but had very close and convenient self-parking. If you needed something from your car or wanted to go somewhere, you didn't have to walk the gauntlet of casinos, boutiques and layers of parking terraces to get there. Great location. Felt safe and comfortable.
