Check-in was at 3 pm, but our room "wasnt ready" until ariund 7 pm. We had to beg for towels, since our rooms didnt have any. The staff and management were extremely rude. Horrible experience. Please save yourself the trouble and go to the other major brand hotel just a mile or so away.
