We loved the hospitality at the Sortis. The restaurant options were exceptional. The customer service was outstanding. There was even a Bonvoy Members Special invite only cocktail hour. The concierge went above and beyond for us. Safe for single female travellers. Spa was very relaxing. The bed in the room was like a cloud we are surely going to miss this slice of heaven.

All i can say is with this hotel, what's not to love? My view from the 16th floor overlooking the city was awesome! My room was spotless, the bed comfy and the shower was just what i needed. There are 5 restaurants on site which i visited two and loved. The pool was beautiful and refreshing from the heat. I had a good time at the casino(even though i lost money lol) but the on-site spa for my wife and I was the crowning jewel! You won't regret treating yourself. I was just amazed at everything this hotel provides but the best thing is the staff. Best hotel in the city! 5stars!!!

The hotel was amazing. Room was clean and very comfortable. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Many staff spoke english well, which made our trip easier as we are still learning spanish.

Big and nice rooms, comfortable bed, and amazing shower. A huge nice pool. Great location. Negative points for cleanliness, as the lobby bathrooms were filthy and stinky. No cleanliness problems in the room. Service is not excellent, specially at the pool, where none of the waiters were willing to walk from the pool bar to the pool area. They seemed very lazy.

The main purpose of this trip was to celebrate my birthday. Due to unexpected reasons, I had to adjust my trip a week hence the reason I checked in after my birthday. Prior to arrival, I made a special request for a birthday plate and a bottle of wine to be in room upon arrival and this request was not honored. Upon arrival to room, I followed up and front desk agent advised that request was overlooked and will have matter referred to manager. To date I was not contacted with an apology nor was an amenity sent for the inconvenience. While laying in bed with my partner on our first evening, housekeeper try to make their way into the room without even knocking. Thanks to security lock, she did not get to see what she should not have seen. This experience pissed me off. I reported this to the front desk and yet again we were promised that a manager will reach out. During our stay, the concierge agent Ivan was very pleasant and helpful while most persons just stare at us like we were two criminals. I gather that they are not use to 2 guys in the same room. This experience made me feel very uncomfortable.As a result of this, I choose to have limited contact with the staff. Trust that my next visit will be a better experience if I decide to return to this hotel.
