The floor was sticky all around bed and work desk area, holes in wall and floor, television wouldn't work and apparently they didn't change sheets on one bed?! Terrible ! People were also smoking Marijuana at the back-door and when i said something to the clerk she didn't even reply or respond to my dislikes. This place should NOT be allowed to post a listing on Travelocity. It can make people use other sites with better locations to choose from!!!!

Excuse my language but this place was a shithole

BED WAS DIRTY SHOWER DID NOT WORK PHONE DID NOT WORK PEOPLE IN ROOM NEXT TO US WETE RUNING AROUND TILL 1 AM.TEYED TO CALL DOWN TO COMPLAIN PHONE DID NOT WORK...WHEN LEAVING IN MORNING TRYED TO VOICE COMPLAIN TO FRONT DESK CLERK WHO WAS THE R UDEST CLERK EVER TOLD ME THIS WAS Panama Beach what do expect...they don't have time to repair or clean things..I will never stay at that brand again...check front desk CLERK on June 2, checkout should be thrown out on the street ..was arguably worst hotel employee ever encountered..

Too many drugs

I had complained several times to the hotel staff that there was somebody right next door to us that was smoking marijuana. me and my fiance are drug-free 100% And the whole two and a half days that we stayed there all the people did next door in the adjacent room were smoking marijuana they didn't seem to care nor mind or anything like that and there's no hot tub there we asked for a one bed room and they put us in a two-bed room
