Cozy Cottage Beach Stay
My fiancé and I loved the property. It was very cozy and had everything we needed. It was very very close to the beach and good restaurants as well as a grocery store. We would definitely consider returning to this property.

Our stay overall was great. Pros: DOG FRIENDLY!! The house was physically clean. We had the basics of what we needed to get us started. Its about a block and a half from the beach, and an quick easy walk. The neighborhood was quite. The property had a fence around the entire yard. Neutral (didn't bother us, but was noted): -The pictures listed are accurate for the most part. The front deck is in need of a good pressure washing and there are some boards popped up. -The laundry is out in a shed. The machines were clean and worked great. There is no "quick" way to reach the shed. If you go out the back door you have to sqreze through a gate that does not open fully, which would be difficult with a laundry basket. So you end up using the main door and walking around the entire house to it. -The only security lights that worked at night were by the main door. So you needed a flashlight to walk to do laundry Cons: - The house smells like mildew or very musty. From the moment we walked in you could smell it. After being there for 2 days friends come by to go to dinner & they could smell it upon entering. -Upon arrival the bathroom smelled like bleach covering pee. -The BR w/all the windows does not get very cool. The air blows in there but it stays kind of stuffy. Overall our stay was good. We'd definitely considered renting again.

Dissatisfied
Will not use VRBO Again, and was. VERY unhappy with this property! It was VERY run down compared to the pictures! The yard was so bad that we had to keep our dog on a leash ! The tub faucet was broken, we had to go buy a pair of pliers to take a shower ! The communication with VRBO, was terrible! We checked out on Thursday ( our reservation was until Saturday) we called and checked out, when we were scheduling the maintenance guy ( that they had left a message for) and the lady was pretty rude and it took me three times to get her to understand that THEY had lm for US to call ! The porches don’t feel safe, as do some of the floors. This was just an overall disappointing experience

landscape/lawn needs attention, was unkempt terrible mattresses unusable and broken beach gear and bicycles(trash) in the shed In all, the property needs a really good clean up and for the love of all plz replace those mattresses

Not a good value
This vrbo needs work. Lots of things rigged. No TP, kitchen was ill equipped, mgt didn’t get back with us after multiple asks if we could stay one more night, and some animals are running around in attic. The good news is Laguna Beach is a gem on the panhandle and the yard is fenced (dog friendly - that’s why we booked it.) Hopefully, they will make some upgrades and changes because the location is good.

Cozy little cottage!
This was such a charming and unique little cottage! The vine covered walk way on the porch was so romantic and the flowers smelled wonderful. Quick walk to the beach and short drive to the doggy beach. My Luna loved the fenced in yard and the outdoor shower was such a nice touch for getting off the sand! Would definitely come back!

Perfect weekend getaway
Our stay at this cottage was nothing short of awesome! It was very clean and in walking distance of a not so crowded beach. It was also in a very quiet and relaxing area just right up the road from the carousel, Thomas’ Donuts, and pier park. The bed was a little uncomfortable, but that would be the only thing I changed. Our pets enjoyed as well. We will definitely be returning!
