We stayed 7 days at this hotel and did not receive any house keeping even after requesting service. house keeping came on the last day to see had we checked out. terribly disappointed with house keeping.

The room itself was fine and the staff seemed helpful and friendly enough. The room I had should not be used until the bathroom is worked on. The shower curtain could not be closed while showering because the shower rod was falling off the wall. Wanted to use pool Mon night but it looked dirty. Probably would look somewhere else before returning here.

The systems were not working and there was a big delay in checking in. Very poor customer service. The hotel is supposed to be smoke free but the room had a strong cigarette smell and they had to use an air freshener. In spite of taking so long to the clean the rooms it was still not done well as the lights were not working and the fridge was not cleaned.

Arrived after check-in time and was told that our room wasn't ready, so we came back four hours later to find that our "clean" room had gum on the wall, dirty sheets, dirty floors, male fluids on the bed runner.. Was given another room that they knew the a.c. was broken, but they didn't inform us about it until I went down asking for a fan at 1:30 in the morning.

OUR ROOM AT FIRST GLANCE LOOKED CLEAN, BUT UPON SETTING THINGS DOWN WE FOUND SAND ALL OVER THE TABLES, FOOD FROM PREVIOUS OCCUPANTS IN THE WICROWAVE AND FRIGE, AND THE BATHROOM TUB WAS DISGUSTINGLY RUSTY, MOLDY AND TILE FALLEN OFF....OBVIOUS WATER LEAK IN THE DINNING AREA OF THE LOBBY AS 5 BUCKETS STOOD CATCHING DRIPS. BREAKFAST ITEMS A HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT, ONLY ONE LADY CHECKING IN WHICH MADE A LINE FOR HOURS IF YOU NEEDED ANYTHING, SHE NEVER ANSWERED THE PHONE!
