I like where it is located too the beach. Staff was helpful. Building needs a good cleaning. The 3rd floor flooring is bumpy like the padding has split under the carpet.

I would like to say that this location has nice staff and is clean but needs some maintenance badly! The dryer for instance was so backed up with sand and lent it took me $13.00 and 5 hours to wash and not even dry 2 loads of laundry! The light fixtures attached to the walls in the room all moved and the hair dryer attached to the wall fell off! Horrible! Maintenance is clearly not maintaining this property on a regular! Staff was very kind and the breakfast was ugh basic but complimentary but I can honestly say I won’t stay here again! They need a new washer and dryer! Only one for entire building is ridiculous first off and it’s very old! This is a very basic hotel and looks nice and beds are clean but besides coffee and a small pool, don’t expect anything else!!! Not worth the money!

This hotel was in a great location very central close to beaches, restaurants and pier park a good area very accesible but quiet also. The room was very clean. Nothing fancy but we were happy with what we got for the price. They offered a quick to go breakfast and if im honest i was impressed but with all the breakfast choices in town that was an important factor for staying here. I would definitely stay here again its also family friendly i recimmend it.

Located close to Panama City Beach and attractions

Pros: The hotel was clean,the price reasonable,the staff friendly.From Northwest Florida Intl.airport was an easy drive about 20 minutes away.
Cons: Breakfast was served starting at 6:30 am. We had to be on the road earlier so could not enjoy a hot breakfast. The staff did pack a generous to go bag
Location: The hotel was in a good location if you did not have to be beachfront.All the major attractions of Panama City Beach were a 5 to 10 minute drive away.
Our 2 night stay at this hotel was pleasing. Good rates,breakfast,clean rooms and friendly staff.It was convenient to all the popular attractions of Panama City Beach. Not within walking distance to beachfront but just a 2 minute drive away.It was also very direct and easy to find from the airport.

3 Night Stay

Pros: We definitely appreciate it being a smoke free hotel.
Location: It was not far to the beach and PCB Visitor bureau has a Geo Tour around the area.
The check in guy was very personable and made us feel comfortable right from the start. The room was clean and roomy. The morning breakfast was the standard hotel breakfast but it was well stocked and never ran short.

Nice hotel, very comfortable for a large family. Especially clean for a beach city hotel. This is the 2nd Comfort Suites we have stayed in recently, and both were a good experience.
