I made a last minute reservation because I didn't like the other place I had booked. This night is going to be a pricey one over all, but it was worth paying another room (other place was non refundable) to stay in a safe and clean place. Thanking God a room was available here!

It was horrible showed up early and was told room would not be ready until after three did not really have anywhere to go so went to a movie and ate to waste time only to come back and be told they did not have a king room left that I would have to take a double. Did not offer to hurry and clean one. The cleaning staff were all over the halls blocking the way to get to rooms and were just standing around talking.

Couldn’t find the light switch for the mirror above the vanity and I reported it at checkout. My friend whom had a different room said it was located under the hand towels . I didn’t see it and I only used 1 set of towels so if it was there I guess I missed it 😐

I use the Courtyard Marriott because of its closeness to the airport and because they are clean, safe and have healthy dining options.
