Nothing to write home about.

Pros: Location
Cons: Listening to your customer and taking action. Change your mattresses so we dont feel the springs on our backs.
Location: Good location to see the volcanoe on a clear day. Soak your feet ONLY in the hot springs
Location close to town about 4 miles where there are better choices for restaurants and more affordable. Could not see the volcano because of low clouds .6 hot springs but go into top spring because water runs down unfiltered from the top to the bottom pool so who knows how much dead skin ends up in the bottom pool. Breakfast included is your average buffet with fresh fruit, scrambled eggs, rice and beans and some breakfast breads and pastry. Did not have hot water,curtain fell down (wasn't properly attached), toilet seat wouldnt stay up even after maintenance came by to "fix it" ,refrigerator not working until maintenance came by and turn the switch on the side of the cabinet to activate the plug??? Locked documents in safe and had to call maintenance to open it. I was told the printed instructions to operate the safe were incorrect !!! and finally...house keeping NEVER showed up even after complaining to the front desk so we came back to our room to unmade beds and dirty towels.
