Check in was smooth and efficient and we thought it was going to be all great. We got to our room that looked great on first impression but after awhile there was a bad musty odor that wouldn't go away even with the poor working a/c. TV had hardly any channels and screen was extremely dark with no settings buttons that worked. Also no TV guide to tell you what was on. Very very dissappointed.

Cons: Breakfast menu and bottled water in rooms

Average hotel near airport

Pros: Price
Cons: Needs work on bathrooms and tv
Shower and TV did not work. Staff sent worker to fix it but this should not be necessary.

Rude front counter, dirty/stinky room

Pros: Bed was comfortable
Cons: Front counter personnel -- professionalism and assistance, cleanliness of the room.
When I checked in the two ladies at the counter were very rude and more interested in listen to their music on their phone than answering any questions or assistance. When I was on the way to my room the elevator has a very bad mildew smell and was in need of a good cleaning. My room (614), the door was busted where it looked like someone had kicked it in ad broke the top of the door and was taped. The room really smelled terrible and the carpet had stains so, I had the maids that were cleaning the room next door to come over to check it. She came in a said it smelled bad too and started to spray stuff all over the floor and curtains and behind everything. She said I should go to the front desk and request to be moved to another room. When I went down and explained to the front desk all she said was "cant do anything don't have any rooms", I ask to speak to the manager and she said he was busy. I ask he to have him contact me when he was free -- I was never contacted at this was at 2:30. I spent the night waiting in a room that smelled terrible and wearing shoes because the floor was wet with spray and sticky, not to mention the walls looked bad with patches and bad painting and the broken door. Not a good night at all and the lack of concern by the front counter was also discouraging, but I guess listing to your music and talking with the other person working is more important than being polite or assisting the quest that is paying to stay and in a way you too.

The holel was in a convenient location perfect for getting everywhere i needed to be. I do feel, however, that there needs to be better cleaning practices done in the restaurant zara, as well as customer service training. I had mold release from a juice spout into my drink. Instead of the employee simply apologizing, he not only became argumentative about when he put the juice into the container but insisted that it was in my cup beforehand. I requested water and he then tells me i'll have to pay for it. Cost was not an issue, his response was. Another associate picked up from there by giving me a bottle of water, although frozen, and also discounted my meal. On my 3rd attempt dining there, at the register, after giving me partial change,(dollars only), the associate tells me they do not give change (coins).After i quickly rebut her statement she then tells me that she does not have any and is waiting for her boss to bring money. Out of 3 staff encounters in the restaurant, there should have been more than one that was pleasant. The lack of sanitation alone was bad enough, noone needs to face attitude or be short changed on top of that.

Our stay in room 203.. May 18, 2017

Our stay at this hotel was disappointing. The front desk staff, were not as professional as we thought they should be, ie left on hold on the phone,, had to call back. When at the front desk, the clerk was on the phone and completely ignored us standing there. A simple nod to acknowledge and just say, I''l be right with you would have been good. The A/C in the room sounded like a freight train all night long. The compressor had a problem and would make a loud grinding noise then other noises,, about every 15 minutes. The bathroom door could not be closed with out jamming it closed. The toilet had to be flushed twice every time it was used. Breakfast was not included, unless you paid extra. The hotel needs a complete makeover and the staff needs some customer service training. After telling the manager about the A/C unit, he just said he would look into it. He was very nice about it,, but that was it. We would not recommend this hotel.

Awful, tired" place but staff was 5-star.

Pros: staff were very nice.
Cons: Clealiness. It needs a sprucing up.
Location: Not far from restaurants . Pool was quiet-no bugs.
staff tried very hard . Sheets were clean, bathroom was clean.Carpet was soiled and dirty. Could use some windex and door wiping,etc. Lots of things were broken-WiFi, telephone, sink drain-but staff handled ax best they could.. was a 99 room at best.

Pool area peaceful

Cons: Rugs bathrooms
The restaurant was only open 1 morning and the food was terrible and the wait was long! Had to go out for cocktails because the bar was closed too! The carpet in the room was disgusting and filthy. The bathroom was way too small and the door hit the tub. The staff were pleasant but the hotel needs some TLC. KC From NJ

Location: Location is excellent, good things nearby.
My stay was excellent in general, on 3/20-21 and 23, were excellent. Front desk attendant was not paying attention, the first day I arrived, to what I was telling her and later on she said I did not told her.
