Needs remodling, very little complimentary soap, shampoo,( one bar, one small bottle) for 2 people. No information for attractions available for the area.

I apologize for falling short of expectation and plan to retrain my front office team our check-in process as our postings in the lobby provide local attractions both shopping and eating, my team is empowered with a 500+ page binder with attractions and directions to each and finally an over applied inventory of soaps and shampoos for my valued guests. I will retrain the proper communication to ensure our guests are aware to take advantage of these great offerings; it is our responsibility to communicate. I hope to get the chance to welcome you back again soon and witness the results of these efforts firsthand.

If you are Handicap like myself, don’t choose this particular LaQuinta. Not handicap assessable at all Front door did not have automatic door. The door was very hard for me to open.

Good evening. I apologize for having fallen below your expectations. We take ADA requirements very seriously and work hard in compliance with those expectations. Though our team had been able to come up with a compliant work around for the comfort of all guests - we are working on a solution for the front lobby doors providing easier access considering. Dogs barking alllllllll night.

I requested a pet free facility from your agent. When we checked in we did not know there were dogs in the facility. I am allergic to dogs and cats. I do not want to be around pets. Later we saw people with dogs there. But the biggest problem was a dog near us who never stopped barking and people talking very loudly. The desk clerk di discount our stay, but that doesn’t compensate for a sleepless night. I am disappointed your agent only wanted to make a sell and not help with th type of lodging I requested. I will just go directly to the hotel next time to insure we are not taken advantage of again.

I am very sorry that your stay here was not better. While we do accept pets, no pet owner has the right to have their dog barking and disturbing other guests. As soon as we are aware of a situation like this, we talk to the guest. If the situation continues, the guest is asked to leave. Sorry that this happened during your stay

The hotel was hit by hurricane Irma, so there's construction in the hotel. The neighborhood isn't safe for women to walk around from what I was told by hotel personnel.
