Travelocity booked us a king's suite, but when we got there, they have all been booked for months. The place was run down, not very clean.

Crystal Cover Riverfront Resort

Pros: Looked good.
Cons: See above.
As the desk clerk was reaching our room key to us, the manager called out and said to give us a different room. That replacement room was significantly substandard. The wall sockets had been used so many times they had no friction left; our power cords would not stay in the wall and just fell out. The heater kept the room 10 degrees warmer than whatever you set, which took forever to figure out and roasted us until we found the formula. Internet died several times. When it was time to print boarding passes, their printer was down. The walls were so thin we could hear the people next door talking and they weren't even talking loud. Even finding it was difficult as it has no signage, not even marking where the office is. Even GPS couldn't find it. We went past it twice then stopped what we thought was someplace else to ask directions but it was the hotel. Somebody was having a party in the parking lot, right outside our window, keeping us awake, and it took 3 calls to the desk to get the party moved eventually, but it was almost 1 am by that point. Then breakfast was moved from the hall near us to a restaurant across the parking lot so we had to walk outside in sub-freezing weather... and breakfast was substandard too. There is something wrong with the rating system if this really is a 4 star. We travel a lot, having stayed in thousands of rooms, and this was about the most continually irritating experience we ever encountered.

Wow sounds like you had an eventful stay I apologize that you did not bring any of this to our attention as our number one goal is customer satisfaction and we certainly would have gone above and beyond to fix any complaints you may have had... I am not aware of a four star rating for our property but certainly shooting for that one day! As far as breakfast we offer it at our café so that if guest prefer a hot breakfast they have that option. I encourage all guest to check out their menu it's quite delightful!

2 nights stay.

Pros: Clean.
Cons: Small frig and coffee maker would be nice.
Location: Tough location to get out of with a left turn. Close enough to Disney.
Good deal for bare bones room. Clean. Got one night using Travelocity, the next night an additional discount from the hotel. No issues.

Dated but clean and friendly

Although the decor seemed like a scene out of the walking dead. The hotel was you get what you pay for. It was clean staff friendly and a breakfast Overall not too shabby

Great water front getaway.

Upon arrival to the entrance to the property, I was a little worried because the marina was the first thing I saw. But then after pulling up to the resort itself, I was pleased. When entering the front doors, the sound of the koi pond was pleasant and the staff quickly greeted my wife and I with a welcoming attitude. There is a big open area waking to the rooms that is very nice and well decorated. We walked into the room, a king suite, and the curtains were open showing off the beautiful view of the St. Johns river. The room was very comfortable. The bed was a memory foam type of mattress. The view also included the pool, the river, and a portion of the docks for boat parking. The shower was great! Instant hot water with great water pressure and a big shower head. The total experience was very nice. The price was good, the room was nice and very quiet, and the staff was very nice. I would say it was perfect but I think the room could use a little updating. The bathroom was a tad small but still nice. I do plan to return at some point in the near future. I'll be coming in from the water next time on my boat so I'll see how the marina side works.
