The hotel was fine, for the most part. The room was cold. For a downtown area, there was absolutely nothing going on. It was dead silent at night. Nothing of note was close by.

The staff that was friendly. Not helpful when I asked how to get the carts outside to load my car, I’m a senior just pointed to the utility elevator, you have to go down 1 level to get to street level with carts.

Staff was friendly and courteous throughout my stay. The Suite Ride shuttle was an amenity which allowed easy travel around the downtown area and a safe secure ride to and from the airport.
