The shower didnt have good water pressure and drain wasn't working well. Door lock didnt work...the door jam plate was partly hanging off. The joining door made for noisey neighbors .

We just received the final piece of equipment for the gym and it will open today. Unfortunately we are awaiting the installation of a new chemical system for the pool and we do not have a date for that yet. all websites should be updated that they are not open yet.
