The location is lovely, close to walks to the ocean bike path, but the room was so-so. It's a dog friendly place. There was no issue with noise. I don't know how the room would accommodate folks with disabilities. The sink is in the main part of the room, not in the bathroom. There was no carpet or even throw rugs. The shower curtain was ripped at the top. We had to ask for another blanket as the bed only had sheets and one blanket. There was no extra pillows, blankets or quilts in the room. There was a microwave and fridge, which was nice to have. No in room phone, so you'd have to make sure you have a cell phone if you want to call any place to make reservations for dinner. There was a note that we needed to watch for ants. Check out was easy. Overall, it wasn't horrible, but I think there could be some upgrades, especially to bedding and perhaps adding some throw rugs.
