I didn't realize about the evening drinks and reception. That was very very nice. And the breakfast was awesome and top notch. My friend forgot a tooth brush and the online option to request one and have it arrive within 5 minutes was amazing.

We’ve stayed at this hotel multiple times before. We’ve never had any problems but this time was very different! This time when we walked in there was a comic con! Definitely not what we ever wanted to take part in. On top of this, we didn’t get the room we reserved! We reserved a 2 queen room and got a king bed bedroom. When we went to ask about changing rooms, they gave us a presidential suite. You’d think nice! But…..the presidential suite was not cleaned! Trash in the trash cans, hoop earrings on the bed, trash on the bed. Needless to say we had to move back to the original room with just 1 king bed and a couch with a bed. The sleeper sofa should’ve NEVER been a thing that hotels offer especially if it sleeps like this one! It was soooo lumpy. Terrible stay!! Asking for my money to be returned after this HORRIFIC experience!!

Excellent location, beautiful building, great food and managers reception is excellent. The rooms were clean. The only two complaints I have is the AC unit was locked out and you couldn’t change the temperature or turn the Fan on. I bought a fan for noise and comfort. The other is the bed and pillows need to be updated or upgraded. Great stay overall. Employees were very nice and helpful.
