We were disappointed with our check in. The front desk kept saying our rooms weren’t clean but then a whole bunch of other people were able to check in. Finally at 3:45 we were able to check in when check in time was 3:00

Hello Teresa, I am sorry you experienced a delay at check-in. While it is difficult to determine why some were able to get in sooner than others, I can only say that we did not have all the rooms done in time. Unfortunately some challenges led us to be behind in getting the rooms ready. This is not typical and I sincerely apologize for your experience.
