Nice hotel - Terrible Service

The hotel was very nice, exceptionally clean and spacious. It was centrally located and right next door to Disney Springs, a big plus. The bus service to all the attractions was great as well, ran on time and flowed very nicely every 30 mins as they claim. The only problem with this whole stay was the service staff. The housecleaning staff were awesome but everybody else were very, VERY disappointing.
The Valet's were obnoxious, slow, and when they brought my car around, they turned the heat on ?? What's up with that, heat on during the summer ?? They also changed my XM Station to Hip Hop and had it BLARING, like blow the speakers blaring.
The Bar staff were totally clueless. Had to wait 15 minutes for somebody to even show up, every night... along with several other patrons at 7pm. Everything was out and open, I could have served myself if I wanted to and we tossed that idea around. When the bartender showed up he sat his behind on a stool and watched the ball game.
The Coffee stand was Disorganized with a capital D. One person making coffee and taking orders, cashing out while there was a cashier sitting not more than 5 feet away twiddling her fingers. Take my advice, get rid of the middle cashier stand, put the cashier behind the coffee counter and let the Baristas focus on making the coffee...
