Get what you pay for

Posted Jan 12, 2016
The price was very affordable... That was the biggest plus. As you walk in to the hotel you think you scored big time because the lobby is updated and very nice. Once you get to your room you realize that it's a hotel that was built in the 70s and hasn't been updated since. It's just an average hotel, nothing special. It was clean but worn down. The staff was very friendly though so that was a plus. The hotel was not heated like advertised though, that is something to consider.

This is your average hotel....

Posted Jan 3, 2016
Pros: Pool, Room Service, Outside rooms very close to parking. Requested a room close to parking due to kids and luggage, they did accommodate it.
Cons: Rooms and decor could use some updates.
Location: Location is good. Walk to disney spring area is nice. If you are renting a car then this isn't a factor.
This hotel is OK. My experience with hotel staff has been outstanding. They were really nice. Character breakfast is overrated. Only two characters were there. Used room service, i found it really good. Service was prompt, fries were really hot when delivered. What i didn't like was that house cleaning wasn't so good. First day of our stay, it was really nice but then rest of the 4 days it was not. This hotel wasn't as bad as i thought based on all the online reviews. If you have a right expectations then you will be fine.

Convenient Shuttle

Posted Dec 28, 2015
The shuttle to Magic Kingdom was very convenient, but you have to get on a second bus before you get to the actual park. We had adjoining rooms which was nice. We arrived early so our bags were stored. Staff called when room was ready.

hotel stay

The hotel staff was excellent and I could have not asked for better service. The room was nice, but it had an order of mildew in it.

Day trip

Posted Dec 21, 2015
Pros: It is just across the street from Disney Springs with easy walking access.
Cons: Nothing at this point everything was fine. They have a resort fee and 8.00 self or valet parking which they did not used to have.
Location: Walk to Disney Springs,Crossroads center has lots of places to eat 1 mile , they have buses to all the Disney parks, Sea World is only about 3 miles.
We have stayed here many times and love it. The Tower rooms are the best, but the garden rooms are nice as well. We love staying here.

great location...but.

Posted Nov 30, 2015
Pros: pool
Cons: housekeeping: please stop banging on the door at 8am for cleaning... I am on vacation!!!!! leave me alone!!!
Location: downtown disney
The location of this hotel is great if your looking to be right next to Downtown disney. keep in mind that if you need to buy milk, beer. etc....the only option is the hotel($4 for a coke).. and they take advantage of it. If you need to go to a supermarket theres on 22 minutes walking so be prepared. Overall the hotel is a go for me..although if they put you on the "wings" of the hotel(not the main tower.) it looks like a cheap motel from the outside...but the pool is great.

Great location to Disney Springs & Disney transportation. Room was clean and restaurants and food service very convenient. Bell stand personnel very helpful. Some renovations going on, but did not bother with our stay. Pool area very nice.

Would not stay here again

Posted Nov 11, 2015 on Hotels
I don't think it's right to charge 8.00 per night to park. Build it into the rate if you need to. The food in the lobby is way over priced. The double beds were very small. The ceilings in the rooms are very low and our shower didn't work well. I have stayed in Wyndham resorts in Daytona and PC Beach and been pleased.
